I’ve decided to change my blog name from “…Life is Rosey” to “The Modern Bohemian” for many reasons. First off, “…Life is Rosey” was horribly neglected (sorry about that). Secondly, I have so much to share. I needed a fresh start!

So, welcome to my new blog. The Modern Bohemian is about merging the best of our past with the best of our future. It’s about contradictions at times. It’s messy and wild while tame and sophisticated.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song! Jimi Hendrix “Voodoo Child” has the best lyrics and guitar riffs.

Basically James Marshall Hendrix is saying that he will conquer all. Amen to that!

 Bell’s “Magic Tape” was a favorite last summer. I can’t explain it, it’s very Bjork-ish.
